2. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7 para. 3). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. LDI NRW).

3. Hosting

Hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in Germany/EU), secured via Cloudflare. A data processing agreement is in place. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Server Log Files

When the site is accessed, data (truncated IP, date/time, page requested, browser type) is automatically processed for secure operation and deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

5. Cookies & Consent

Technically necessary cookies and — only with consent — statistics and marketing cookies. Consent is obtained via our consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2); without consent, no statistics/marketing services are loaded. Legal basis: § 25 para. 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

US services: Google services are provided by Google Ireland Ltd.; a transfer to Google LLC (USA) is possible. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (as of June 2026); Standard Contractual Clauses apply additionally.

6. Google Analytics 4

Anonymized reach measurement after consent (IP truncated). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Revoke via the cookie banner.

7. Google Ads & Conversion Tracking

Advertising performance measurement after consent (conversion, remarketing). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

8. YouTube Videos

Embedded videos in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loaded only after consent to marketing cookies. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

9. Contact & Forms

We process inquiries to handle your request. For email delivery we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Cologne); for contact management we use HubSpot – each under a data processing agreement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

10. Interactive Tools & Calculators

If you use our interactive tools (price configurator, ROI calculator, AI Visibility Check) and submit contact details, we process these solely to handle your request. Inputs entered into the calculators (e.g. selected options) are processed only in your browser or to generate your request. Transmitted to HubSpot and Brevo for processing under a data processing agreement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

11. Website Audit

When you enter a web address in the website audit, our server fetches the publicly accessible page once to analyze technical characteristics (e.g. load time, meta data, structured data). The entered address is processed only for the duration of the analysis and temporarily cached; permanent storage occurs only if you additionally request the report by email. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the feature).

12. AI Chatbot (Website Assistant)

Our website assistant answers your questions using Artificial Intelligence. To generate responses, your chat inputs are transmitted to and processed by our AI service provider Anthropic. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing takes place in a third country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

13. Online Appointment Booking (Cal.com)

For scheduling appointments, we embed the Cal.com service on the "Book an Appointment" page. The calendar is loaded only when you actively click "Load Calendar." Only then is a connection to Cal.com established, and technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser data) as well as the data you provide for the booking (name, email, preferred date) may be processed by Cal.com. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Where processing takes place in a third country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

14. Recipients & Processors

Data is shared only with carefully selected service providers under a data processing agreement (including Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google, Brevo, HubSpot, Cal.com, AI API providers).

15. Retention Period

Data is stored only as long as necessary or required by law.
