The all-inclusive care package (ongoing maintenance, AI Visibility/GEO & hosting) starts at €149/month, cancelable monthly. This keeps your site up to date, visible on Google and AI search engines, and keeps converting. For pure content updates, you can also add individual change packages (5 or 10 changes) — more affordable than single billing.

Yes. The Google Ads package (5 campaigns) and Social Media campaigns are available as add-ons. You pay the ad budget directly to the platform; we handle setup and optimization.

Typically, a deposit is due upon commissioning and the remainder upon approval before going live. We'll clarify the exact terms after your briefing — completely transparent.

3. Hosting & Server Log Files

This website is hosted on servers within the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). When accessed, server log files (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser) are processed automatically. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (secure operation).

4. Contact & Inquiry Form

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data provided (name, email, phone, company, message/briefing) to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is forwarded to our email system and our CRM system (HubSpot) for processing and stored there.

5. CRM (HubSpot)

We use HubSpot to manage inquiries and customer relationships. Inquiry data is stored there. A data processing agreement is in place with HubSpot.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses only technically necessary resources and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Fonts are embedded locally; no external Google Fonts CDN is used. No marketing tracking takes place without consent.
